Gossip Girl 6×06 ‘Where The Vile Things Are’: Hold it right there Humpfreak.
If you like Dan and Serena as a couple and want to be reminded of things that happened in season 1, this is the episode for you.
It personally wasn’t my favourite episode of the season but I think it is safe to say that is probably because of the lack of Chair. It’s like we asked for Chuck and Blair, instead they give us Dan and Serena. They are dragging this out way too long. Read more…
A debutant ball, Chuck and Blair, Dan and Serena and scheming Georgina, Its pretty much season one all over again. We are already half way through the last ever season of Gossip Girl, there is only 5 episodes left and Chuck and Blair still aren’t together! I’m picturing a Ross and Rachel style ending, not the whole plane thing, just leaving something that everyone wants to happen to the very last minute.
Anyway this weeks episode was probably one of the best this season, it had some great one liners but it also had a lot of story lines that I really don’t care about *cough* Ivy and Rufus *cough*.
In the last episode we found out that Dan had screwed Nate over, because he’s such a nice person these days, and after Nate had published the first chapter of his book Dan wasn’t going to let him publish the next chapter. At the start of this episode we realise it was probably because that next chapter was actually about Nate. The article called Nate ‘Golden Boy’ and described how everything he touches turns to dust instead of gold.
